We want you to have a clear experience when shopping with CRISPY FLEXI. This page explains how to contact us when an order has a problem. Your rights under applicable South African consumer law are not limited by this policy.
Before returning an item

Faulty products
If a product appears to be faulty, stop using it and contact us with your order details and clear photographs or video where useful. We will assess the issue and advise you on the available remedy in accordance with the applicable product terms and South African consumer law.
Wrong product
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate and advise on the next step.
Damaged delivery
If an item arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product before disposing of anything and contact us promptly. We will investigate the delivery issue and advise on the appropriate resolution.
Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the applicable product conditions and consumer law. Because returnability can differ by product, do not send an item back without first receiving return instructions from CRISPY FLEXI.
Return shipping
Who pays return shipping depends on the reason for the return and the applicable legal or product terms. We will confirm the applicable arrangement before a return is sent.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the applicable payment/refund method available for the order. The exact processing time depends on the payment provider and the circumstances of the return. We will communicate the applicable timeframe when the refund is approved.
