Delivery across South Africa

CRISPY FLEXI offers delivery options designed to help customers in cities, towns and rural areas. The available option depends on the product, destination and fulfilment route.

PAXI collection point

For customers who prefer collection, PAXI can be used where available. Choose a participating PAXI-enabled PEP or other collection point and provide the correct shop/collection-point name and shop code. This is especially useful when home delivery is not convenient.

The Courier Guy

Where available, The Courier Guy can deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate address and mobile number.

Normal delivery

Standard delivery options may be available depending on the product and destination. The available method and charge are shown at checkout where applicable.

Estimated delivery days

South African/local fulfilment: approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Overseas fulfilment: approximately 7–21 business days, and some products may take longer because the overseas supplier may need additional processing or international transit time.

Products sent to CRISPY FLEXI first: the overall delivery period can include supplier-to-CRISPY FLEXI transit before the customer delivery stage. The applicable estimate will depend on the product.
